These two double bedroom apartments have reception rooms extending onto terraces alt overlooking the most spectacular and beautiful views of La Croisette and the Bay of Cannes.
All are air-conditioned throughout and come equipped with en-suite showers and bathrooms to both bedrooms. Interior designed throughout, these apartments create a warm and inviting atmosphere in which to relax and entertain guests in the most exclusive of residences.
The cost of an apartment is per night for a minimum of a five night stay. Each apartment can sleep up to 6 people in total – in either two double bedrooms (choice of twin or double beds) each with en suite bathroom/shower and a double sofa bed in the sitting room.

The rest of the apartment consists of an additional toilet/washroom, self-contained fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, spacious sitting room/dining area and balcony overlooking La Croisette and the Bay of Cannes. La Croisette located just a i minute walk away from Palais de Festivals.

Driving directions
- Off highway A8, exit "Cannes centre-Mougins"
- At the roundabout, take right, continue straight ahead, following Cannes Center
- Go down the whole "Boulevard Carnot" always driving in the direction of the sea
- Driving through downtown, continue until you reach the Congress Center ("Palais des Festival")
- Make a left onto the Croisette, continue until you see Le Relais de la Reine on your left (between blue bar and the Noga Hilton Hotel)

All apartments have an entry phone, air conditioning, telephone, and fax, satellite TV and video facilities so all your day-to-day business needs can be taken care of. Apartments are cleaned and equipped with fresh towels every day. 24 hour security is also In operation in the main lobby.
